ENB type series

Manufacturer: PSD

The ENB series are DC UPS systems that have been specially developed for electro-acoustic systems (ELA) and electro-acoustic emergency systems (ENS) in compliance with EN 50849. This type series has been used for decades wherever no connection to a fire alarm system is required. The modular design ensures a very high level of device availability, as the cassette inserts allow components to be replaced quickly. Redundant operation (N+1) is also possible. This type series is compatible with the LBD devices supplied in the past.

● 19" DC UPS for unloaded or loaded standby parallel operation
● Complies with EN 50849 / VDE 0828
● 12 fused outputs
● System monitoring with potential-free changeover contacts
● Temperature-controlled charging voltage compliant with DIN 41773-1
● Additional 24V output for 48V devices
● Replacement for LBD devices
● Ready-to-connect device
● Low weight

DC UPS for ELA, ENS without connection to BMA

ESB-GMA type series

Manufacturer: PSD

The ESB-GMA series are DC UPS systems that have been specially developed for voice alarm systems (SAA) in compliance with EN 54-4. This type series has been used successfully on the market for decades. In contrast to other manufacturers, our devices have been tested by VdS as a non-integrated power supply compliant with EN 54-4. This means that the power supplies can be operated with all SAA compliant with EN54-16, regardless of the manufacturer in the system network. It is important that the performance data corresponds to the SAA to be supplied. This type series is compatible with the PRS, PLN and PMX devices supplied in the past.

● 19" DC UPS for unloaded or loaded standby parallel operation
● Complies with EN54-4
● 12 fused outputs
● System monitoring with potential-free changeover contacts
● Temperature-controlled charging voltage compliant with DIN 41773-1
● Additional 24V output for 48V devices
● Battery monitoring with active balancing
● Complies with the requirements of DIN VDE 0833-4
● Replacement for PRS, PLN and PMX devices
● Ready-to-connect device
● Low weight

● DC UPS for ENS and SAA as well as BMA

CBI type series

Manufacturer: Adelsystem

The ready-to-connect devices correspond to our quality level for industrial chargers and power supply units. The devices have a high degree of efficiency and enormous power reserves. This means that the devices can be overloaded by up to 300% for a short period of time, which is particularly important for consumers with a high starting current. The devices can be used purely as chargers for recharging maintenance-free lead-acid batteries or for the permanent and emergency power supply of DC consumers in loaded standby parallel operation. The micro-controller ensures that the current is automatically divided between the load and the battery charge. The devices have a special 3-stage "boost", "trickle" and "recovery" charging characteristic. The charging characteristic complies with the DIN 41773-1 standard (temperature-controlled charging voltage) and is particularly suitable for charging sealed lead/calcium batteries in standby parallel operation. Charging profiles for Li-ion batteries are also available as an option. The integrated system monitoring reports the status of the system via LED and potential-free contacts, and battery life tests are carried out. The batteries are also protected against deep discharge. Installation in the control cabinet takes place on a symmetrical mounting rail (top-hat rail). The devices can be combined with corresponding battery modules. Modules with battery capacities from 1.2Ah to 15Ah are available for this purpose. Battery brackets for the enclosure mounting plate can be supplied for larger battery capacities.
